Pros
It’s not too difficult to get a position here if you happen to be desperate for a job, but that’s mainly because management needs to replace employees ASAP since people keep leaving the company!
Cons
Outdated equipment, awful pay with no opportunities to raise it, management forces employees to ignore safety protocols for the sake convenience, etc. I’m surprised Morton Salt is still getting new employees with how horrible the work environment is!
