Pros
This is a hard one to answer. If you can keep your conscience out of it and be a good yes Mam / Sir and let things roll off your back you’ll do good. If your friends with the plant manager you can get hired in with no experience and probably go farther than you thought.
Cons
Two tear system, Company would like brake union, Health care is a battle every step of the way and when the negotiated raise comes around – just figure on insurance cost going up with it to make it a wash.
