Pros
Just about full autonomy to do your job. Get to make great relationships with customers. All of my bosses are awesome. You can speak with anyone at the company for help, doesn't matter what level they are. You get to build really cool things. The software we use is fun to use. Amazing benefits, profit sharing, employee owned so everyone has a vested interest to take care of our customers.
Cons
Hours can be crazy at times but it's sales. Project management can be a lot so you need to be good at time management
