Cons
No fertility coverage. This is disappointing for such a large company and not the norm in Illinois where fertility coverage is mandated for companies with over 50 employees. Since Mortenson is headquartered in Minneapolis, they are not required to provide this coverage. This makes the Chicago office benefit package less competitive compared to their peers in the construction market. I wouldn't recommend the company to females because of this.
