Pros

They produce a good product.

Cons

Culture, Too conservative, creative stifling atmosphere, very difficult to figure out, very stiff and inflexible. People work hard, with their heads down, mouths zipped shut as if they are scared to speak. Management by intimation. It was hard to work in a company that crushed creativity and basically told you to get back in line, and put your head down and produce. Not for me sorry. Female leadership competing with the predominately male culture provides an interesting dynamic. All be it a solid company, do your research and spend time getting to know your leader and division before you sign on the dotted line.

Pros

- Huge company with a lot of resources. - Cool projects.

Cons

- Pay is not great especially for the amount of hours they want you to put in. - They do not pay for experience. So, it’s a good place to start, but if you have experience, go somewhere else. - They hire and promote way too quickly which means inexperienced people are in charge. - If you work in the field, you will be putting in 50-60 hours a week often and they justify it by saying you get subsistence. Do the math, you’re not getting paid very well at those hours even with subsistence. Also subsistence is a benefit for traveling, not justification for overusing employees. - While a lot of the people are good, it is a very political atmosphere.
