Pros

- Highly intelligent and proven experienced engineers to work with, respectful culture. - Hired fresh graduates are typically the cream of the crop. - Very organized that started as startup, reminiscent of successful semiconductor companies in the US. - Intense collaboration between teams. Collaborate with talented engineers from Sydney, Picton, UK, US, India, Taiwan, etc. - Management considers your input for design and resources if you can justify it - Probably the best company in Australia to develop your Radio Frequency and IC design career - Well funded by several international organizations - Potential to be a successful company in a few more years - Quality craft beer and snacks

Cons

- Complex IC design hence high product development risk - Some roles can be very challenging - Goals to sell such a complex chip in a short time at high volumes can be quite a stretch - High turnover in some teams - Socializing can sometimes feel like it's part of the job - Quality craft beer and snacks

If you want to take on a new responsibilities, management will support you and reward you for doing so.

Cons

If you want to clock-in and clock-out, you will likely miss out on a lot of opportunities. To-do list always seems to be growing. Saying no to new tasks is hard.
