Make good friends, being part of a team. Try to look after the staffs needs, work and life balance are in moderation.
Cons
The shortage of staff, as levels drop with people leaving and not being replaced, as the company is not hiring for what ever reason, more work befalls those who are left. This repercussion results in current staff being stressed and wanting to find another job, the morale is at an all time low those who enjoyed working for the company are beginning to despise it, legal and store requirements are not being met due to the excessive work load of having to do 4 peoples job with just one person. This then gets passed down to the customers are sales are dropping, due to know being fully stocked because there is not enough staff to fill the shelves, the customer service ends up being poor as you cannot give the customers your full attention. Although usually work to life is in moderation, and not a problem the excessive work load causes people to stress and get depressed resulting in that affecting peoples relationships, home lives, families and in general their health.
