The issues prioritized are not friendly to the staff. The staff can suffer from overwork, and additional assignments outside their position if it is deemed to make the client happy. Staffing was half filled and no work alleviation or financial compsnsation was given to employees. Instead Safety measures were not maintained as employees needed to cut corners due to their expanded work responsibilities. Hourly staff were allowed to be vocally abusing and disruptive to anyone. If managers spoke out they were reprimanded or fired.
