Pros
Easily move around/relocate if needed; Pays for all licensure, AND memberships, CDR exam (if applicable), specialty examinations upon passing; Unlimited PTO as long as your team agrees on your time off - this is difficult to use if you are understaffed. Management not being involved gives some freedom to create your own schedule if needed.
Cons
Management does not seem to care about those in the field working with patients; Entry level pay + 3% raise every year, no other way to increase pay unless you become specialized in an area (CNSN, CSO, CDE, etc), then you will receive a small bonus; Always understaffed with no compensation for taking on extra work; Little recognition.
