      Pros

      They have locations everywhere, they promote growth of the individual. Befriend your director and managers and they will help you work on yourself and your carreer if you put in the time and effort. Be passionate and truly care about what you do, i'm proud to work for this company.

      Cons

      A lot of locations are short staffed, it's not a good time to be a salaried manager, but career advancement will lead to a salary position eventually. Salaried managers are expected to work 10-12 hour days, 5 days a week. This doesn't allow for much family time and as a work/life balance I Imagine it's pretty hard with kids.

      Pros

      flexible schedule. unlimited PTO. never a shortage of work. if you work for a unit with a good manager, that's all you need,

      Cons

      the flexible schedule is also a con. they call you at 6 am and 11 pm about things that can absolutely wait. the unlimited PTO is also a con, they do this so they don't have to pay you out when you leave or remove you, they also don't really let you take off as much time as you want. upper management, the VPs and DPs are nightmares. terrible people that are totally disconnected from the mission and the "corporate culture." they push acceptance at the unit level, and then upper leadership doesn't listen to it at all. The VPS and presidents like to take the CEO out drinking and they all love to party.
