Toxic Culture - Executive Chef Morrison Healthcare Employee Review

Where do I begin. The work culture is extremely toxic! The only way you grow in this company is by who you associate yourself with. They lie about upcoming promotions and promise you options but usually those go dark. The only way in getting somewhere in this company is not how hard you work its about who you know. The series of lies, lack of leadership, and they unprofessional work environment I honestly don't know how they continue business. The top leadership are accountants not actual hospitality driven majors. They are implementing systems that don't work because they have never step foot in an operating kitchen. Overall this company is terrible don't waste your time.
