      Pros

      - They hire people with minimal experience, good way to get your foot in the door.

      Cons

      - Low pay - Expensive benefits that provide little coverage - HR that does not care about employees once they are hired - Corporate representatives that will never return your phone calls - No training provided - No follow through from management - Minimum ways to advance in the company - Company only cares about outside perspective, not how employees are doing within the company

      flexible schedule. unlimited PTO. never a shortage of work. if you work for a unit with a good manager, that's all you need,

      the flexible schedule is also a con. they call you at 6 am and 11 pm about things that can absolutely wait. the unlimited PTO is also a con, they do this so they don't have to pay you out when you leave or remove you, they also don't really let you take off as much time as you want. upper management, the VPs and DPs are nightmares. terrible people that are totally disconnected from the mission and the "corporate culture." they push acceptance at the unit level, and then upper leadership doesn't listen to it at all. The VPS and presidents like to take the CEO out drinking and they all love to party.
