      Pros

      -good business education by experiencing the worst of what the corporate world has to offer

      Cons

      - just about everything else: -morrison's is more established in the south so the culture is very different than up in than in the new england, where they are branching out and also the structure is not as organized - they preach love em and lose em, but outside your own unit, higher ups don't really appreciate your work nor understand what you are doing - rlly funky accounting and questionably ethical stuff

      Pros

      flexible schedule. unlimited PTO. never a shortage of work. if you work for a unit with a good manager, that's all you need,

      the flexible schedule is also a con. they call you at 6 am and 11 pm about things that can absolutely wait. the unlimited PTO is also a con, they do this so they don't have to pay you out when you leave or remove you, they also don't really let you take off as much time as you want. upper management, the VPs and DPs are nightmares. terrible people that are totally disconnected from the mission and the "corporate culture." they push acceptance at the unit level, and then upper leadership doesn't listen to it at all. The VPS and presidents like to take the CEO out drinking and they all love to party.
