      Pros

      Not very many Pros. They do recognition programs. Events where you have to bring food(at a food service company).

      Cons

      Management NEVER held accountable for ANYTHING, low wages and because of this you cant afford the benefits that are offered, Vacation time is a joke - they say you get 40 hours after a year but in reality you start ACCRUING time after a year. There is never a full staff which means lots of work for a few individuals. They will take advantage of you. There is very little fairness.

      Pros

      flexible schedule. unlimited PTO. never a shortage of work. if you work for a unit with a good manager, that's all you need,

      Cons

      the flexible schedule is also a con. they call you at 6 am and 11 pm about things that can absolutely wait. the unlimited PTO is also a con, they do this so they don't have to pay you out when you leave or remove you, they also don't really let you take off as much time as you want. upper management, the VPs and DPs are nightmares. terrible people that are totally disconnected from the mission and the "corporate culture." they push acceptance at the unit level, and then upper leadership doesn't listen to it at all. The VPS and presidents like to take the CEO out drinking and they all love to party.
