      Pros

      Working for Morrison has been the best decision to start my career. This company truly values their team members and goes above and beyond to invest in their staff. The support I have received from my directors and regional staff has been invaluable. This is an organization that has a clear direction for providing an excellent meal service for patients/residents in hospitals, and they are always at the forefront of improving the quality of patient care by using the most current nutrition-related research.

      Cons

      Given the size of our organization, there are times were communication can fall through the cracks, but I will say that they have taken our feedback and have made strides to improving communication.

      flexible schedule. unlimited PTO. never a shortage of work. if you work for a unit with a good manager, that's all you need,

      the flexible schedule is also a con. they call you at 6 am and 11 pm about things that can absolutely wait. the unlimited PTO is also a con, they do this so they don't have to pay you out when you leave or remove you, they also don't really let you take off as much time as you want. upper management, the VPs and DPs are nightmares. terrible people that are totally disconnected from the mission and the "corporate culture." they push acceptance at the unit level, and then upper leadership doesn't listen to it at all. The VPS and presidents like to take the CEO out drinking and they all love to party.
