      Pros

      We have always been given the tools needed to complete any task given. Morrison is constantly training staff and updating staff on new regulations.

      Cons

      I feel upper management does not pay close enough attention to managers they hire, sometimes it feels like they just want to fill the positions. the medical benefits with this company are the absolute worst I have ever had, when you work in medical your benefits should not cost as much as a pay check.

      Pros

      flexible schedule. unlimited PTO. never a shortage of work. if you work for a unit with a good manager, that's all you need,

      Cons

      the flexible schedule is also a con. they call you at 6 am and 11 pm about things that can absolutely wait. the unlimited PTO is also a con, they do this so they don't have to pay you out when you leave or remove you, they also don't really let you take off as much time as you want. upper management, the VPs and DPs are nightmares. terrible people that are totally disconnected from the mission and the "corporate culture." they push acceptance at the unit level, and then upper leadership doesn't listen to it at all. The VPS and presidents like to take the CEO out drinking and they all love to party.
