      Pros

      -There is a lot of backing and support for various projects. -Pays for licensing fees as well as membership dues. -The company is interested in continuing education for its dietitians and supports efforts to do so. -There are several areas that make it possible to advance your career and work toward various positions. -Opportunities to new locations. -Autonomy

      Cons

      -Some various paperwork systems such as productivity logging can be somewhat time consuming and hard to understand the results/benefits. -Although they have resources available such as educational handouts and such - they can be hard to locate and only cover the most basic education topics.

      flexible schedule. unlimited PTO. never a shortage of work. if you work for a unit with a good manager, that's all you need,

      the flexible schedule is also a con. they call you at 6 am and 11 pm about things that can absolutely wait. the unlimited PTO is also a con, they do this so they don't have to pay you out when you leave or remove you, they also don't really let you take off as much time as you want. upper management, the VPs and DPs are nightmares. terrible people that are totally disconnected from the mission and the "corporate culture." they push acceptance at the unit level, and then upper leadership doesn't listen to it at all. The VPS and presidents like to take the CEO out drinking and they all love to party.
