      Engineers, Cad Manager and project managers are great to work with, good people. Communication great.

      Cons

      Communication is horrible. Motivation is terrible. Respect for everyone is lacking. Multiple survey cad technicians did not have good experiences.

      Good atmosphere, good management, good equipment. Good reputation

      Cons

      Pay severely lags behind the industry. Benefits are super expensive. Terrible employee retention, would rather let people walk than pay a bit more.
