Pros
A growing company that is easy to get to and the pay is decent for the work you do.
Cons
Poor management. To much favoritism to former RR Donnelly employees. Handbook inconsistencies and implementing new rules but not following through. Added a very strict 10 point system to help cut back on absenteeism but nobody can predict when they are going to be sick yet if you are sick it's a point and if you go to the doctor and get a slip to prove you went it is still half a point. Points also used to determine whether or not you get a end of year (Christmas) Bonus. Doesn't matter if you put in way more voluntary overtime than what you have in accumulated points after 5pts you don't get a Bonus. So as long as you have all your time to dedicate to your job and hope that life situations don't happen to make you miss more than 2hrs a day (because that's a point) than this is the job for you.
