Pros

Clean work environment. Get to work on new machines. Opportunity to visit customer shops in the area, so there is variety.

Cons

The company has a banner saying "Top Place to Work", but a recent large lay off of employees with no severance pay, and only 1 vacation day pay is really poor.

Pros

Strong compensation structure with travel support. Leadership is agreeable and pro active. They provide everything you need to be successful in your work. Great exposure to advanced technology. Training based on areas of less experience. All around quality company I am happy to work for.

Cons

The travel demands for field service roles can be significant, which is consistent with similar positions in the industry. While travel may not suit everybody long term, the company makes a genuine effort to reduce friction through per-diem support, scheduling flexibility when possible, and responsive management.
