      Pros

      Incredible family atmosphere with good people. It’s people are it’s strength.

      Cons

      Staff turnover low, must have one of the highest percentage of employees who have served 20+ years. This leads to a very stale and slow workplace. Suitable for select stages of a career but not for one who has aspirations.

      I took the job as working from home 2 days a week but they make that hard for you to do
