      The company has a more transparent and intimate feel. Nice people.

      Was unfortunately Layed off in 2008 as were so many nationwide.

      Flexible schedule, that's it. I'm only writing more because I have to.

      Cons

      Poor compensation, ignorant and petty management, outdated equipment, short term thinking that has the trickle down effect of creating more work for employes, little to no raises...I could go on but I think you get the point. This place is the pits.
