The principal moves quickly and there is always exciting work to be done. Senior management is receptive to change and receives feedback well.

Work from home flexibility is limited.

Morning Calm is a unique company in that all of the verticals of the real estate industry are under one roof. It presents an opportunity to gain exposure across multiple disciplines as you'll work with people in various departments on a routine basis. You will not operate in a silo and will be encouraged to learn about all of the ins and outs of the commercial real estate business. Morning Calm is full of knowledgeable people that you'll have the opportunity to learn from. Your leaders and peers will drop what they're doing at any time to teach you concepts, skills, programs, etc.. It is absolutely a learning environment, but you have to have the drive to hone your craft and the desire to leverage the resources provided. It won't be handed to you. Morning Calm is a true meritocracy and consistently promotes from within. People who have a passion for what they do, a desire to learn, and a team oriented attitude will go very far.

What might be a con for some - Morning Calm is not a 'clock in - clock out' type of environment. If you're looking for a job that requires minimal commitment, it isn't the place for you. And that's ok. People at Morning Calm take themselves and their careers very seriously.
