      Management team speaks poorly of other women Management is premature and hold no prior experience Unprofessionalism both in the workplace and in front of customers No growth potential Business run by girls in high school Lack of respect from executive team Unethical practices and behaviors present daily Communication skills at a bare minimum No culture or values

      Pros

      Working at Morley feels like coming to work with your besties in a positive, happy environment, with ample room to grow in your career. Morley is a thriving retail environment with leadership who care about their employees holistically. Fellow team mates are a pleasure to work with, always pushing each other to achieve goals and being each others biggest cheerleaders. Even the clientele is pleasant, which reflects the true heart of the business. I wish I would’ve started here sooner! I’ve worked in a few retail environments, and this one takes the cake by far! Xoxo

      None. Would rate zero stars if I could. Honestly demoralizing.

      The VP said she wished my parents never met completely unprovoked. Lots of bullying. Toxic work environment.
