The workplace culture at this company is extremely toxic. Management fosters an environment where inappropriate behavior and discrimination go unchecked. Employees in higher positions often behave unprofessionally, and concerns about misconduct are ignored rather than addressed. There is little to no accountability, and there is no HR which leaves employees with no safe way to report problems. The organisation is very small with a team of four and one manager who has been there for 20 years who enables inappropriate behaviour and discrimination is apart of the culture. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a respectful and professional workplace.
