Overworked/Underpaid - Production Lead Morinda Employee Review

Great culture, team environment, and great benefits.

There are no cons to this work environment.

The ambiance was nice. There were some good perks. It was a health and beauty company. It was a salaried position with an hour lunch. There was a gym and a sizable employee discount at the company cafe. We got free company products. There was a retirement investment sharing program for employees. There was health insurance for salaried employees.

It would have been nice to have one of those computers that you can use from a lying-down position instead of having to sit down all day. My legs would swell from sitting so much at the desk though I walked some outside of work each day to get the blood flowing.
