      Pretty clothing with nice designs

      Cons

      Toxic company culture with heavy micromanaging by upper management. Owner likes to keep everyone on their toes through fear and bullying . There is no organization and tasks are given every few minutes so one have no time to even breathe. Room for growth is non existent. Pay is low.

      learn an incredible amount of knowledge about the fashion industry. first hand involvement in several creative projects including design, fabric sourcing, artistic collaboration. since it is a small fashion brand, work in the studio is deemed as incredibly valuable to the team and the brand which is hard to come by as an intern.

      daily stipend is hard to live off of in new york city.
