Pros

Hard-working drivers, I mean "Service Reps."

Cons

One year the branch I worked at topped our sales goals and after the pay-out was made, the former GM at the Los Angeles plant put an end to awarding service reps for topping goals. Too many managers have college degrees but cannot do the jobs of those whom they manage. Service reps are told to hurry up and get the job done but are told not to put in for overtime for doing 10-11 hours and just list 8 hours only.

Pros

Family owned company that has good and fair management at all levels. Good to members (employees) and have solid benefits including 401K, Medical, etc. Only thing expected of you is come to work and do your job. Morgan looks to hire members until they retire. Area paid out 10 bonuses last year to its members. Area has been Plant of the Year for Morgan Nationwide at least 9 times in the last 17 years.

Cons

No issues as long as you come to work, have a positive attitude and are willing to work.

Pros

Horrible place to work this company has a slave driven work environment they only pay 16.00$ a hr for production workers to work in heat above 100 degrees, they run out of bottled water frequently limited breaks when it’s scorching hot outside the fans they provide blows nothing but hot air around its nasty has roaches that are huge upper management don’t give 2 f’s about its employees as long as the work is done I would NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE its ridiculous and a whole joke don’t let the smiles and hi’s fool ya it’s all FAKE take my word don’t apply here

Excessive heat no water no benefits until 6 months nasty work environment roaches
