Hostile / Toxic Working environment. One rule for favorites then others thrown under the bus . No leadership skills or man management skills from the Management team Poor attitude from the Management team leading to poor working environment.

Really friendly, supportive team, feels like a family, long-standing team members to learn from.

High expectations of team members.
