Everyone there is absolutely wonderful. I felt so comfortable as soon as I walked in the door, not only because of the welcoming attitude of my peers, but also my superiors. The training was a real highlight as Hayley always kept things interesting and upbeat and made it exciting to learn about the process of becoming a lettings negotiator. The incentives each week and motivation given to you from your seniors is never-ending as they are always pushing for you to better yourself, which is amazing.

There sometimes can feel like there is too much pressure placed on one set of shoulders here, as with the regular reminder that having a 'bad week' or two is often focused on harshly , it can be hard to stay on top of your game week in week out, especially with the long working hours. I am someone who struggles with pressure and often crumbles, so sometimes the prospect of being in trouble after not meeting targets, can actually demotivate me, making me worry and not perform as well, but I understand not everyone works this way. In saying that, when things are going well we are always praised motivated to keep it up!
