Cons
MMC feels like a cult, due to the relationship of the C-suit and managers if you’re in the group you may be able to survive the toxic environment. I would also say that most African American doesn’t work in office settings unless your are in HIM, Patient Access or Case management (the black jobs). The director of HR is a good front to the outside community, but only the workers that are close to her or work with her know that she is unorganized, not trustworthy and incompetent , however this is who the hospital choices to have as the face of the hospital.
