Pros
Generally fair compensation as compared to other large firms, with a valiant attempt to provide other "perks". True commitment to pro bono work.
Cons
Clear lack of career advancement. The partner track has become non-existent. There is no collaboration between practices. It is very much a "every man/woman for him/herself" environment. Treatment of junior attorneys is poor so people are dangerously overworked with high turnover and there is little to no support for junior attorneys, who are fungible billable units.
