The management does not know what they are doing or how to manage people at all, in fact, they have no people skills and are there as enforcers only not to provide support. Management is rude, condescending, and vindictive. You cannot go to management with any issues you might have because they will just twist things around and it will be bad for you when all you wanted was help. Some of the attorneys are really just tyrants to work for but some are good. This place was hell, glad to be out! If you absolutely need the job and have to work for them as an admin assistant my only advice is to keep your head down and take one day at a time.
