Pros
Really great culture. Care about their employees, great benefits and PTO and sick days. Christmas bonus every year. A shockingly kind and positive environment for a corporate law firm.
Cons
Definitely not paid enough as non-legal staff. Good job for someone with a partner who wants 2 sources of income, not ideal for a single-income household, as even with raises your salary doesn't increase as much.
