Great firm to work for - people are very collegial and they believe in socializing and have monthly parties and breakfasts.
Cons
IT systems are antiquated and make it difficult to get one's work done. IT does not believe in getting anything new, they just patch things up all the time. There are patches to the patches... Support staff bonuses and salaries are very low.
