Jobs move to Mexico, surplus employees are pretextually terminated and escorted off the grounds instead of being laid off and given severance package. Everything is centered around tours of the plant and not around production of products. Upgrades within job classification (GOO1 to GOO2 etc) are very rare, management constantly complains of poverty at evaluation time but spends money otherwise. Too many chiefs, not enough Indians. Managers treat employees like children.
