90% of employees are Polish, they speek polish all the time and some of them can hardly speek english. If you get in someone's way, they will do whatever they can to stab you in the back. Working in that company sometimes feels like working with children.

Pros
Pros are the production staff are okay. Unfortunately they do not speak a lot of English.
Cons
Management are awful.
I was fired from this primes as i had "no motivation" and the job i did was not up to standard. I had no verbal or written warning. I was also let go as i was accused of forging HACCP forms with no evidence. Felt like i was disliked from the start.
On the last day of my employment there was a cake made for me, which is very confusing. The management will do anything to save themselves and do not own up to anything.
