Everything was fantastic from colleagues to management.

Employees care about the mission and supporting each other. It's amazing to be able to work where you know your efforts are changing people's lives. Executives are easy to talk to and they listen to and support ideas from all employee levels. They go out of their way to show their concern for employees and the mission of the Foundation. Truly open door policy where any employee or intern can speak with upper management, whether to share ideas, suggest projects they want to work on, or address concerns. Work is never dull, as there are always new ideas, new technologies, and new areas to grow in. I feel that I can express a different viewpoint and I am not treated differently nor is my viewpoint disregarded. I enjoy the flexibility and being able to work with people from all over the world.

Efforts are limited by funding. It can be difficult to keep up with all that needs to be done and knowing that there are impactful projects that need to wait or take more time to accomplish due to funds available for projects and staff.
