Pros

Dayshift hours. Some good co-workers.

Cons

Upper management is horrible. They treat you like crap when you don't agree with them. They throw more and more work on you without offering more pay. People only get a raise if they threaten to quit. They don't bother to train you to do new accounts and give you a hard time when it gets messed up.

Pros

It's easy to get in, they're always desperate to hire.

Cons

The pay is much lower than everyone else in the area. They call it a customer service position so they don't have to pay you for the work you really do, it is really a logistics coordinator job (I do the same work minus the extra Moran expected and get paid $15000 more a year now to do it).
