Pros

There are a few good people who work currently still work there that made going to work fun. It was a paycheck.

Cons

They are "the employer of choice" who fire hard working longtime employees for voicing their opinion. ZERO employee loyalty. Expect employees to work harder and longer without giving any pay increases or bonuses since 2009.

Pros

This is the best company I've ever worked for, they treat you well, there is opportunity for advancement, and I feel that I am taken seriously and am on the front lines of building something great.

Cons

It's a very long commute for me.

Pros

The health benefits are pretty decent. The team members that aren’t apart of management are really awesome and great to work with. They are very knowledgeable so it’s sad to see them being ruined by poor management practices.

Cons

The branch manager at the Indy location is horrendous. He should have retired years ago and will single handily be the reason this branch fails. It’s a constant “doom and gloom” attitude with him. Unfortunately, your day is dictated by his attitude as soon as he walks in the door. Most of the time it’s negative so it’s best to keep your head down and out of eye sight. Also, if you love meetings and meeting for those meetings, this place is for you! The number of meetings is crazy and pointless. You can’t get any real work done. Get ready for passive aggressive emails that are sent out office wide, clear favoritism, and a branch manager that will hold grudges like none other. I’ve never been in a work environment where the manager is so self consumed that he can’t see he’s killing that location.
