      Some of the residents are kind and thankful. Some of the staff is helpful and kind.

      Cons

      No work/life balance. Expected to work constantly. no help from supervisors and lack of appreciation when you go above and beyond. There is no room to advance unless you're a favorite employee, horrible pay
