A living nightmare, stay away! - Operations Moovit Employee Review

It took me several months to overcome this abusive experience,. When joining I've heard some disturbing feedbacks from current as well as former employees, yet somehow I was bought by the illusion of a fun / great company - I should have listened more carefully! Employees always come last, a frugal and vindictive culture. When something doesn't go as expected instead of searching for lessons learnt a witch hunt is launched. HR has a very limited voice as it's fully owner and manipulated by Finance. A torn apart senior management, which is fueled solely by ego and personal interests. Stay away!
