Pros
Hours are nice. 9:30 to 5:30 M-F 2-5 Sat. One week day and Sundays off. Great job for people who like to work by themselves.
Cons
About six months ago, the entire leader ship changed from the top down except for two people. New leadership has completely killed the culture which is sad to see because the owners took so long to make it a family. Watching it die in such a short time is heartbreaking. New leadership has takin a revenue at all costs mindset with no real direction. They are running around, grabbing low, hanging fruit no matter the cost and whether it contradicts what they did the week before. The company is a regional partner for a large publicly traded parent company. Part of the new regime was to change the bonus structure. This reduced some managers bonuses by hundreds of dollars a month. Now if a manager does 150 rentals or 15, you get the same bonus if you meet your sites goal. All the extra work it takes to prep and do those extra rentals are meaningless to people in the home office. There’s new HR. They seem to be trying but surveys are sent out with questions designed to get the answers they want. The home office is really a blind circle of new people patting each other on the back.
