      Pros

      There is nothing positive that can be said about the company except that it is a source of a toxic atmosphere. All the managers, starting with the founders, have nothing to do with the business and treat the employees with complete contempt.

      AVOIDED AT ANY COST. IF YOU WORRY ABOUT YOUR MENTAL HEALTH THEN DONT WORK THERE

      Pros

      Besides having to work with technology (robotaxis)there isn’t much.

      Cons

      Upper management micromanages and is very toxic. AVOM and GM lie to you and make the job harder than it is. Just AWFUL!!! Benefits are expensive. You do not get any decent days off on your normal schedule to spend time with family. It’s a 24/7 operation so you work weekends and all the holidays. It takes an act of congress to take a day off and you don’t start accruing til after 90 days. Do not recommend!!! Retention is very low you will leave in under 12 months if that.
