Management and people are great to work with/for.

Some day to day issues like every other company but nothing major.

Ok environment and work life balance depending on your department.

Low pay for many positions. Benefits are not 100% covered for full time workers. They have many people doing the jobs of 3 people. The people that do that are scared to speak up about it. Lots of older workers when asked to jump they'll ask how high. Lots and lots of kiss up people who they end up keeping when it comes to layoffs. They copy a lot of other companies like them and are not innovative.
