      Very good and friendly environment, nice place to learn, share, and enhance experience and knowledge .ability to cover different areas and develop new talent

      Communication is one of the main issues, you never know what is the correct chain of command, just a few enforce the right direction of communication. General manager don't let you know his vision and goals that would like to direct the company
