1. Forget what leaves or life is in general, you need to work 24*7 2. You will be summoned literally any time of the day or night 3. Superficial management 4. Biasness in abundance. Politics in the firm is filled to the core 5. Management doesn't care about your life or health. All that matters to them is whether you bring in revenue to the firm by hook or crook. Even if you are in your deathbed, you will be expected to login on time. 6. Even though the firm will have all kind of available tools, you will be denied to use those and need to have some sort of authority or clearance, else you just need to do manual work. 7. There will be manipulation of data behind your back and the later you will be thrashed for not doing enough. 8. People the list is never ending and if you care for your health, well being and growth just don't enter this he'll hole
