      -Amazing co-workers -Relaxed environment -Coffee, coffee, coffee -Repetitive but fulfilling work -Constructive feedback that allows you to improve -Management are very understanding

      Cons

      -Training is provided but can be unclear -Back end systems can be annoying/slow to work with -Sometimes it's unclear how to work with particular issues -Little communication with staff from upper management -Technical issues can be difficult to resolve with time difference making meeting contact targets hard at times
