Pros
Even if it's a big organization, people still care, like anywhere, you have to deal a bit with politics and processes but it's all part of being big company.
Cons
So far none maybe some of the old fashioned processes, and trying to navigate the organization to get things done but that's more a reflection of any company this size rather than specific to Moonpig.
