Pros
Worked at Moonlight for 8 years and have watched many employees grow from entry level staff up to middle and senior management positions. The company took care of all employees financially through their contracted dates through covid even though business closed. That says a lot of about the people you're working for. Great members to work for every day. Professional, yet fun and casual environment. Great benefits! Hard to find a place as beautiful to go to work every day.
Cons
The company experienced a lot of business growth in a short amount of time during the pandemic, which brought challenges. Those have been overcome with more consistency overall. There are even brand new employee housing units for staff to live in.
